A very satisfying book

There is nothing more satisfying that waking up and feel full of energy. Since I started listening to this book I have been having nights full of rest and beautiful dreams. It honestly has awoken something inside of me I didn’t know I needed right now in my life.

A beautiful piece of art

This book is amazing. It is so well don that it is hard to believe that nobody is talking about it. I found the music not only relaxing, but also very well mixed for the stories. Honestly this is one of the best audiobooks I have listened to in a while.

A very lovable book

The thing I like the most about this book is that it is really lighthearted. The stories are designed to make you feel good in the music instantly takes you to a happier place. There I can’t finds something not to love about this book.

My little safe place

This book is so good that I listen to it whenever I have a chance. It let’s me access my safe place extremely fast. I don’t know if it is the shooting narrator’s voice or the relaxing music, but it has had a powerful effect in me. It is a interesting way to clear your mind for a while.

It works all day long

I know the title says bedtime stories, but I honestly listen to this at any given time. In my morning commute, at my lunch break, even when I do my laundry. It makes me feel calmer and it allows me to deal with my every day problems in a better way.

It brings back many memories

This audiobook made me feel like a little child for the first time in many years. For the duration of the stories I was no longer in my bedroom, I was actually at the site of the telling. It makes you clear your mind and think of simpler and happier times.

The best ritual before going to bed

Since I listened to this audiobook for the first time I now religiously prepare myself before going to bed. I try to sleep earlier in a well made bed and set aside time for my to let all of my daily stresses out of my mind.

Adding color to your life

As adults our lives start loosing the brightness it had when we were kids. To feel wonder in the small things. To let our imagination take us in wonderful journeys. This book made me retrieve a few of those traits and It has make me see everything from a new perspective.

Put aside your problems for a while

This audiobook let’s you forget about all those things that are troubling you right before going to bed. These modern times are really stressful, you may not realize it but little by little your mind starts to loose it’s edge thanks to that. With this book I guarantee that you will start being a more positive person.

How to make someone angry before bed

First 5 chapters were not to help you sleep ,or stories they were a discussion on the reasons why people don’t sleep. I don’t really need an in-depth Analysis just before I want to sleep. Stories:They are not stories ,they are mainly pointless waffle, the narrators voice was patronising annoying and slow. She made me angry. A whole chapter on food not appropriate just before bed I stopped the app and felt hungry and needed to stick my head in the food cupboard.

Awesome!

Really awesome... I would've/could've loved it.... if there wouldn't be annoying (piano) music played. Why is there music anyway? For example the story Dream Life : that's a really nice fantasy and it would work so well for me to fall asleep with. But the (way too) loud piano playing completely wakes me up instead. It's the kind of piano play that fits well in an Asian restaurant or massage salon. It's repetitive and way too present. I really hope other story books for adults don't add music. If I want to listen to music, I wouldn't choose a bedtime story.

It’s sounds interesting

I never have listened to a book like this one. It sounds very interesting. My grandpa used to read to me a lot, it was one of my favorites things to do with him. I think that this book will make me feel a little closer to him.

Problems outside your bedroom

With this book I was able to let all of my problems outside my bedroom and create a safe place for me to rest and relax. I finally have and adult schedule for going to bed and can boast about being a cheerful and energetic person in the mornings.

A brilliant little book

A personal sleep manager

It is really fun to listen to this book before going to bed. I imagine as if the narrator was my gym coach but instead of telling me I can lift more weight it tells me I can actually rest while I sleep. It is awesome how these stories can have such a deep impact into your life.

A well constructed book

I find the structure and construction of this audiobook amazing. The choosing of the narrator was spot on. The background music goes perfectly with the stories and the stories are just amazing, they make you find your happy place as soon as you start to listen.
