Worthy listen

This is the only baby sleep book worth listening. I have the ebook on my phone, have listened the whole thing once and several sections multiple times. Unlike other books and sites, Author truly understands how babies sleep and don't sleep. Her writing is thoroughly informative, clear, and entertaining.

Very informative audible

It's holistic. It's reasonable. It's informative. It's PRACTICAL! No guilt trips here, and lots of different options so parents can figure out what works for their unique situation. Love it and will buy this book for every one of my friends who has a new baby.

Nice listen!

This book has helped me through so many stages of baby sleep. I keep referring to it (and keep referring friends to it) and am glad to be "armed" with the knowledge before baby #2 arrives, since this book came out when my first was 3 months old.

Fantastic!

This book is fabulous. Very common sense theories, but well researched and incredibly effective. We started these techniques when my son was 4 months, and he’s now 6 months old and sleeping very well at night and taking 3 great naps everyday.

Very insightful

I found this book to be very informative. Made a lot of sense and helped me to make changes to allow for my son to sleep better (please note, he STILL does not sleep through the night at 3 months, so the book is not a cure-all).

Appreciable audible

This is a practical approach to teaching your baby how to sleep better. The author is witty and keeps the topic light-hearted (this can be a scary topic and a scary thing to think about for us moms). She offers charts and an organized/simplified outlines as well as troubleshooting guides (what if ...). This is the real deal.

Easy following ideas

I’ve listened lots of baby sleep books. They all have basically the same information. This one is more entertaining/less dry than some of the others I have listened. I like the charts, easy to follow format.

Saved my life!

This book is a lifesaver! It helped me get my 4.5 month old to sleep independently within 3 days. I like that the author gives you lots of suggestions to try and she explains that the best gift you can give your child is to help them fall asleep independently.

Appreciable audible

This book is amazing! I highly recommend to mommies and daddies attempting to get that baby to bed! I really like that you don’t have to dig deep to get the information you need, not a lot of fluff straight to the details that are important. I mean who has time to dig for information when you have a newborn? I definitely recommend to all my soon to be mom friends.

very brief

The narration was calming and easy to follow but for me, I feel more explanation and practical tips were needed.

Loved this audible

I loved this book. The author is super witty and compassionate, but also no-nonsense. She makes sleep-training so straightforward and simple. She also makes you feel like a good, kind mother instead of a horrible, guilt ridden one, educating you on the benefits of sleep training for both you and child. Highly recommend if you are struggling with getting your baby to sleep and stay asleep.

Amazing audible

Amazing! I feel bad when listening to other moms talk about how little sleep they get because after reading this I had my 3 month old falling asleep independently. He’s now 4 months and sleeps 12 hours at night with 1 3am feeding session. I recommend this book to everyone I know.

Great purchase!

Great listen. A lot of parenting books take themselves too seriously. Author is able to give easy advice and tips without sounding like a blow hard. Things we've been able to implement day 1 have totally changed our newborns sleep patterns and helped us keep our sanity

Concise listen

The book is funny and concise, which is key for a sleep deprived parent with limited time and attention span. Not only did I get my wakeful baby to sleep through the night using this book, I learned so much about infant and toddler sleep. I feel like I’m going to be so much better prepared next time around.

Very informative audible

Easy listen, informative, helped me establish a bedtime routine for my kiddo and ease my expectations on sleep. My kid was up 1-2 times a night at 2 months old, sleeping through the night at 4 months old.

Enjoyed this listen

Very enjoyable book in terms of writing style. Hopeful that it will be helpful when our newborn gets to the stage of putting himself to sleep.
