Featured Article: How to Start a Podcast

It’s not breaking news that podcasts are hot. Both listening and production have skyrocketed over the past decade, with an estimated 104 million monthly podcast fans regularly tuning into their favorite shows in the United States alone. Why the big boom? When compared to mediums like television and music production, podcasting is a more democratized media format. Podcasting has a relatively low barrier to entry, requires little equipment, has low startup costs, and can be a fun way to get your voice, stories, and ideas out into the world. Consider this guide your personal podcasting roadmap!

Interesting and funny

Love this podcast! It's not for everyone as some of the humor is dry, and the hosts have quick wits. I find it hilarious though. So many "funny" people are so obvious today. These hosts are clever, smart funny. Interesting, diverse guests and conversations. Wonderful repartee. Makes me wish we were all friends having dinner

Love these guys!

Bateman’s smartassness isn’t just scripted like I thought from his movies (he’s so funny off the cuff). Arnett’s weirdness is genuine and funny. Sean pulls the team together. Feels great to get an insight into these great talents!

Can’t wait for the next episode

I started listening 3 days ago and I cannot get enough. The way Will, Jason and Sean tease each other is hilarious. Having other guests is just the cherry on top!

Thank you for all the laughter, stories and curiosity about the guests.

I would love to hear you guys interview the Pope..., I’ll even settle for Obama ;)

Best radio show

What a great surprise!’ I usually listen to Howard Stern, but I felt his show is getting played out and boring guest since Covid 19. I loved the show arrested development and gave this a listen. Great chemistry and Will Arnet is hilarious. Love these guys.

Mastery

Any fan of “Arrested” will immediately embrace this podcast. And I purposely left out “Development” from the previous sentence bc it apparently drives Ricky Gervais nuts (when Will Arnett fails to include it in a sentence). And of course, I’m sure Gervais will read my review. Anyway, it’s absolutely hilarious, with top-notch guests (Cranston, Clooney, Odenkirk, Martin Short, Sam Harris, Apatow, etc etc). Meanwhile, Arnett, Jason Bateman and the dude from Will & Grace just rip the hell out of each other and tell great stories the entire time. Check it out; you’ll love it! And it’s f’ng free!
