Great amazing book.

I've been going over this workbook with my young adult daughter. It's been slow going; however, she is receptive in giving it a try. So far the first chapter is easy to follow. As I have glanced through the rest of the workbook, it looks like it's easy to follow and perfect for my daughter's issues.

I highly recommend this book.

I have struggled with social anxiety for years and found a lot of very helpful tools and techniques in this book. The most valuable part of this book is the toolbox and all the exercises that create opportunities for meaningful self-reflection. I understand the root causes of my anxiety in different social situations now and have begun to use the tools the narrator suggests on a regular basis. Starting to see real results, which is encouraging. I highly recommend this book.

stay away from this one

Badly written, badly narrated, just crap. Example: first, the author says medication doesn't really help, yet he recommends it later. How did such crap even get published?

Good, but doesn’t go much into CBT despite title

I liked all the content however going from the title I expected more CBT exploration.
