Repetitive - no useful coping techniques

This book may well have been one chapter. It’s highly repetitive and the narrator sounds disconnected from the story, very insincere.
Avoid if you’re looking for coping techniques.

unbearable

I found the accent and tone of voice unbearable. The sound kept skipping, there chapters are 7 in the book however on the ap it said 10. The information was limited.
