Businesses are turning to Instagram and Facebook, among other social media platforms, to better communicate with their customers and spread the word about their business and future plans. To go about doing this, companies first have to understand the best ways to create brand awareness online and how to draw in new followers. 

Building a successful online following will take time. However, there are techniques and skills that will help you build an online following and create a popular social media site, while still promoting your business and keeping in contact with your customers.

Fantastic

Fantastic, easy to follow, clear, and informative. Social Media trends and platforms move at the speed of light and although some references made in the course are no longer viable in the SMM world, that does not mean that this course is not worth your time. Plus, as a budding SMM, you should already know that what is "hot" today will not be tomorrow. They cover everything from A-Z in this course and have awesome resources that you will actually use!

Loved this guidebook

Loved this guidebook. I did know some things before, but re-learning some things, and getting everything in together made it super great. I found this course really interesting and extremely informative. I had some social media management experience but didn't realize how many holes were in my knowledge until delving into this course.

Full of insightful information

Full of insightful information. I whipped through the course, took notes as I went along, and then went back to download the additional resources once finished. This course was such good value, and I got a huge amount from it. I would need to go back and listen to a few of the lectures as it obviously covers so many areas, but this is easy to do as it's so well structured

Great resource

A really great resource for social media users who are looking to enhance their online presence and increase traffic to their social media accounts. I believe that if any social media user opened this book to any page and applied just one of these tips each day, they would greatly improve their social media game.

Easy to follow

The book guides you on what to include, what to avoid, and how to be popular. I thought that was helpful to the reader that the author breaks down each area in steps that are super easy to follow. I was not lost at all. Overall, I would highly recommend this book to any small business owner.

Definitely worth it

A person who wants a career in Social media should definitely listen to this audiobook. It definitely had made me a lot more knowledgeable. As of now, I have learned a lot from this course. I really want to be a Social Media Manager and this course fits me perfectly.

Highly recommended to anyone

As a beginner, I found this book fantastic. I needed something quick and easy but of high value to fit into our fast-paced marketing efforts, and this is it. Packed with useful tips and know-how. It explains the best practices for each social network what to avoid and how to implement each tip. I like the fact that it's not just a list of quick hacks, but it's also a clearly written intro to social media marketing. Accessible, easy to understand, with very practical tips and guidance on how best to use the different sites for their unique value. Highly recommended.

Great listen

I really enjoyed all the info shared as well as tips and tricks learned in the course. I think the course is complete as it covers a wide range of necessary issues to start working on the SM topic. Very well presented in an easy and clear way. Must-have and listen to for who is learning on Social Media.

Great ideas learned

The book easily breaks down tips separated for each social media platform and teaches users how to optimize their site and make all of their different accounts work together. This book has great ideas for cross-posting and introducing a quality over quantity approach to social media use. As well as helping businesses develop a cohesive brand that can be portrayed through their social media. I feel like this book is great for everyone. From the savvy social media user to the internet illiterate.

I enjoyed this book. It was an easy read with a lot of great insights. Make sure you take notes to start applying some of the strategies. Such great practical tips for maximizing your social media efforts.
