Don’t fall for it: nothing valuable in this book

Oh my god, this is so bad. Don’t fall for the title which makes it seem as if this book has any valuable scientific information and tools.
The computerized voice at the most just mentions CBT interventions without any further elaboration. But mostly it just sums up information you can find anywhere if you look under ‘stating the obvious’ or ‘how to talk a lot without really saying anything’.

I want my money back.

Very satisfied

I was very satisfied when I purchased this book. This was a great informative audiobook about Cognitive behavioral therapy. In this book you will get all information about rewiring our brain and overcome anxiety moment so quickly. I take this audiobook and gift it my best friend who need this book so seriously. I hope he find this book so helpful, and recover his depression moment. I really liked this book and would recommend all of you guys.

Highly recommended.

I like the author's overall approach and the constant emphasis on sincerity and kindness in relationships. Author presents social skills in terms of fairly easy to remember principles, rather than a lot of theory, abstract ideas. Highly recommended.

Excellent audiobook to listen

Also includes that serious issues such as self-harm or suicidal ideation also needs professional help. I think this audiobook could be perfect for those who are too nervous about going into treatment or are not able to go into treatment for other reasons.

Best Audio Book

The Audio book contains a lot of information about intrusive thoughts, which myself and millions of other people deal with on a daily basis. The author makes it very clear that we shouldn't avoid situations that tend to trigger our intrusive thoughts because doing so will only serve to create even more anxiety surrounding the situation and make it worse.

I learned a lot from this audiobook!

I learned a lot from this audiobook and I also grew a lot through listen to it. I’ve never felt so relaxed and at peace listening a book along these lines.
