Prescribed!!

I highly recommend this book to anyone. I'm actually very pleased with the variety. Almost all seem like they use real, fresh ingredients. The only improvement that I would suggest is that the author fix the index. Prescribed!!

I'm impressed with this guidebook.

The audio books has some very good recipes to do with your sous vide machine. It explains how it works, how to pack food for sous vide, and how to cook and finish it. I like that they explain why they chose the specific time and temperature. There are charts for how to get different kinds of donnens for meats and such. The recipes are quite simple, but they do taste good.

A valuable guide

I'm impressed with this guidebook. Recipes are fairly simple and sound good, haven't tried any yet, but they gave me clues to cooking my own style with an Sous Vide. Excellent!! I'm going to put the best rating on this guidebook.

A useful guide forever. I'm inspired!

i bought this and it was well worth the money because it saved me the price of a Sous Vide machine. After listening the audio book I decided that Sous Vide was not for me. You have to cook many food twice. Once in the sous vide machine and once to sear it. Hard to make more than small quantities. Buy this audio book before you invest in a machine.

I hope this guide will help you a lot.

This book has a range broad enough to cover just about anything you want to cook. The directions are clear and concise, very easy to follow.Even though it takes time, it is unattended time. You start it, set it, and go do something else.
I’m looking forward to working my way through more of the recipes.

Insights are unique and turn me perceive deeply

i adored the Sous Vide for the result of the steak I was cooking. So delicate and simple for me despite the fact that it took any longer than I anticipated. This was my first experience cooking Sous Vide.

I love it

I do a lot of cooking and when I decided to try sous vide I needed a audio book to guide me into this new culinary adventure. I found that the manufacturer of the sous vide device offered little to help with dishes to cook. This guide book is well and the instructions are clearly presented. Highly recommended.

Beautiful and informative cookbook

Fantastic cookbook, Purchased this along with my sous vide and could not happier, Food is extremely approachable and the book is well layout.Very good quality and nicely presented. So full marks there. However I purchased this book because I kept seeing reviews stating that this was ideal for the novice home cook who wanted a simple introduction to sous vide cooking.

A great resource for beginners

This is a great resource for beginning cooks who are ready to try a different cooking technique. I liked it because it had clear steps, but also it addressed what to accompany with the proteins. For example, while the meat is cooking in the Sous Vide bath, there are directions for the vegetables that go with it but don’t cook in it.
