NOT a native Spanish speaker!

After listening to this audiobook, I went back and re-read the reviews. They were positive, but all refer to the PRINTED version. Apparently there’s a small, pocket-sized printed book that many Report is helpful. HOWEVER, the audio version is done by a female with a VERY ‘GRINGO’ ACCENT. If you have taken any Spanish courses in your life, you will cringe at the way this person is “speaking Spanish”. She puts a W at the end of “listo” and cannot roll her Rs.

Maybe you want to sound like an American struggling to speak Spanish. If so, copy her pronunciations verbatim. If not, skip this audiobook and find one that actually teaches the Spanish language.

A helpful guide to convesation in Espanol!

I enjoyed the structure of this guide. This makes it easy to refer back to when studying other sources and for memorization. As a novice linguist I feel this is a great tool to have when starting out that I'll use in the future as well.

One great resource

This is a quick reference. I like how it is decided into different sections such as eating, sleeping, shopping and simple phrases. The dictionary section is quicker than using the translator on your smart phone. It is small in size making it easy to carry with you.

I love this book

I love these short stories in Spanish. This one has a great vocabulary list and a story summary after each story. Also a little quiz to help you know what you have understood. These stories are the best way for me to build my vocabulary. And if you need, you can copy from your e book and paste to iT ranslate to get a translation of anything you’re having trouble with.

This is a Great book for beginners

My biggest problem was that I never had a good book to read to help me deepen my studies. That’s how I learned English by reading books. Finally I found a great book in Spanish. Love the summary in both languages and the vocabulary section. To make it even better I just saw the audible version on this book. Really a great tool to learn this beautiful language.

I love this book so much.

I am trying to study medical Spanish. Most books go into grammar, which of course is important. This book gives multiple examples of what to say by system which is very much what I needed. Real world examples of how to ask correctly! It is a different approach and it is going to be invaluable.

Excellent European Spanish primer!

Excellent book! ! I am enjoying reading it. The way how the layout is its easy to learn and remember. I'm always showing my friends so that they too can become socially adventurousI first listen this little book early on in my Spanish studies. It provided me with a great way to move my Spanish past the basics! I still go back to it now and then to review some of the things I learned using it.

With this we can get a lot of information

For the price, this really can't be beat. It is a little bit larger in terms of length and width than your usual travel language pocket guide, but it's very lightweight and I'm definitely planning to bring this with me on an upcoming trip.

starseasy to understand

As somebody who has endeavored to accomplish familiarity with a second dialect as a grown-up, I believe I have a few experiences into what is required. This book was extremely useful. It was on the whole correct to the point when all is said in done. I think it is fine and simple enough to track. Learning a dialect isn't a simple undertaking, however this book separates it and simple to pursue.
