THE BEST ONE YET!!!

if you somehow stumble upon this review before listening to books 1 2 3 and 4 it's totally worth the credits.
these books have a little bit of everything when it comes to the litRPG virtual world genre and to me is one of the best.
I read a lot of these types of books and you'll have main characters that seem to always fall into the same bracket of being a very self-aware video game nerd protagonist trapped in a virtual world thats not only a retro video game nut but also a meme Lord.
Hector has always been able to kind of balance it pretty well to where it's not so intrusive and immersion breaking.
balancing him out with more player characters in this book was very enjoyable. and the world building is very easy to understand and follow like you could skip a chapter for some reason and still piece everything together from the characters recanting dialogue. The author really considers his listeners when it comes to explaining the world building and character relationships from previous books quickly and efficiently there's never a moment where I felt lost or that I had to go and re-listen to previous books to make sure I didn't miss anything.
on a completely unrelated note to what I just wrote we got dragon booty in this one and that's really important like I don't think most people understand how important it is to describe dragon booty, I'm just saying the series has always been great about describing booty in general and I think that's just great.

Herrrowo? Heeeerrrrooo?

From chapter 1 book 1 to the last sentence in book 5. You can truly relate to the honest feelings of the characters. They pull you in and make you want more. I Can't wait for the 6th book

Good Story but Too Sexualized

This book series, including this book, has a great storyline but has been rife with sexual tension, and it's just not my thing. I've ignored it through the first four, but with this book, Balwin ramped the sexual focus to a level I can't continue to enjoy.

too much sex

I've enjoyed this series for a while, but the topic of sex as well as the detailed sex scenes are becoming far too frequent and no longer seem relevant to the story.

the previous books where good but..

the author is makeing the series more a of a harem the further the series progresses. this book seems like he is going from fight to sex to fight to sex. with different woman and races and species. what happened to him being tid bits parent figure and why is his girlfriend okay with it all the sudden she even seems to push him in that direction. the series has dropped so far down my rating system that I will not get anymore of the series.

Good god you really out did yourself.

I had to write a review i normally don't do this, but. This story got deep around chapter 53-55 and it honestly made me anxious amd fearful. Great story telling if your laying back and listening the story with the music and acting you'll loose yourself listening to these books. Being a book writer you inspire my own stories so much im curious to know how much of this story is based on his life or the way he sees it. Sorta like Tolkien. The chapters i mentioned earlier makes this very apparent to that thought. So much detail and indepth caracters with such a overwhelming storyline. Your a great writer but i do hope your alright i know authors can go into dark places writing story's. Keep it up tho i could definitely be wrong i hope the best for you and this series.

Narration and production quality is incredible

I've enjoyed this series from the start, but I need to give credit to the voice actors here
...at times I thought they were doing the most, n I was not a fan of the sexy time scenes

but holy shit Chapter 53, the confrontation with the sister ...that performance was hands down the best I've heard in an audiobook, and truthfully it is one of the best performances I've ever consumed in any media.

Vash's Matrix moment ...well done man.
James Osiris Baldwin is a beast ...the writing has thoroughly impressed me

Sound effects Way to loud. Drowned out voices.

Special effects ruined the story. Could not Follow. Could not finish The story After putting up all 5 volume's I could bot finish the story quit during the last 2 hours, Very Frustrating I kept lesioning because I thought it would get better- It only Got worse. I could only follow about 40% of he story. Way to much volume on the background noise. Their efforts to make the voices resemble authentic- ended up making the words understandable. Had to do a lot of guessing to fill-in way to much of the story/plot. Very Disappointing !!

Absolutely brilliant!

James has done it again, another fantastic installment in the Archemi Online Chronicles.
Picking up right where we left off with Warsinger, it doesnt matter if you finished the book last year or last week, you are instantly drawn back in. Brought to life by the amazing talents of Jtj and the rest of the soundbooth team, i have laughed and cried, crossed my fingers and held my breath as Hector and his team encounter everything you want them to - and some you wish they hadn't! The ending may seem sudden, and once again James leaves us desperate for more, but it only heightens the anticipation for the next installment.
5 Stars all the way! Can't wait to find out what happens next!

The incredible Osiris

James has serenely palled this out of the bag. This is one of the best books yet and I am waiting for the next book.

Epic

Another great story written by James with the brilliant voices of Justin, Jeff and Laurie bringing the characters to life and a great job with the sound effects and music by Soundbooth
