Great Information, a bit cobbled together

Lot's of great information. It seems this used to be a program on a set of disks. Here and there it tells us to put in disk #. Also, refers to an accompanying Beauty Revival Guide that can be downloaded, I could not find that anywhere. Near the end of the book, he keeps referring us to specific pages in the book. Adding a pdf download would be appreciated. I think this was recycled recording, it could be improved by editing out the statements that don't make sense in an audiobook.

Save your credit, get the book

There is lots of good advice in this, but he often refers to pages in the book or items on his website, which seem to be unavailable or non-existent. This really needs an accompanying PDF with all the quizzes and such he talks about, While it is an interesting listen, you are better off with the book.

Absolutely terrible

This guy is full of gibberish. He spend a whole chapter doing a drone like tirade on his opinion of fashion. There were other equally bad parts but I don't have the time or energy to go into them. I listened on thinking that somewhere the book would get better. After being half way through I gave up. It go no better.

Outdated, wrong century.

Would you try another book written by Christopher Hopkins or narrated by Christopher Hopkins?

Maybe, if it was 21st century, rather than 20th.

What was most disappointing about Christopher Hopkins’s story?

This book is seriously outdated. It's so out of date it should never have been released on Audible. It's more appropriate for an 80s/90s American audience than a 21st century UK one. It has quite a rigid 80s view of beauty and frankly the narrator has a deeply patronising tone.

Who might you have cast as narrator instead of Christopher Hopkins?

No idea.

You didn’t love this book--but did it have any redeeming qualities?

Has some useful advice about body types and minimising/maximising flaws and plus points.

Any additional comments?

Don't waste your money. This is a very old book.
