Two decades after the publication of The Black Book of Communism, nearly everyone is or at least should be aware of the immense evil produced by that devilish ideology first hatched when Karl Marx penned his Communist Manifesto two centuries ago. Far too many people, however, separate Marx the man from the evils wrought by the oppressive ideology and theory that bears his name.

Story
Behind a smokescreen of “preparing students for the new industrial economy,” early progressives had political control in mind. America’s original schools didn’t just make kids memorize facts or learn skills; they taught them to think freely and arrive at wisdom. They assigned the classics, inspired love of God and country, and raised future citizens that changed the world forever. Battle for the American Mind is the untold story of the Progressive plan to neutralize the basis of our Republic—by removing the ingredient that had sustained Western Civilization.

Black Americans have long been shackled to the Democrats. Seeing no viable alternative, they have watched liberal politicians take the Black vote for granted without pledging anything in return. In Blackout, Owens argues that this automatic allegiance is both illogical and unearned. She contends that the Democrat Party has a long history of racism and exposes the ideals that hinder the Black community’s ability to rise above poverty, live independent and successful lives, and be an active part of the American dream.

In 2009, Mark R. Levin galvanized conservatives with his unforgettable manifesto Liberty and Tyranny, by providing a philosophical, historical, and practical framework for halting the liberal assault on Constitution-based values. That book was about standing at the precipice of progressivism’s threat to our freedom, and now, over a decade later, we’re fully over that precipice and paying the price. In American Marxism, Levin explains how the core elements of Marxist ideology are now pervasive in American society and culture.

It was a devastating triple punch. Capping their four-year campaign to destroy the Trump presidency, the media portrayed a Democratic victory as necessary and inevitable. Big Tech, wielding unprecedented powers, vaporized dissent and erased damning reports about the Biden family’s corruption. Rigged is the definitive account of the 2020 election. Based on Mollie Hemingway’s exclusive interviews with campaign officials, reporters, Supreme Court justices, and President Trump himself, it exposes the fraud and cynicism behind the Democrats’ historic power grab.

Publisher's Summary
Rebecca Friedrichs tells real-life stories that expose state and national teachers’ unions as the money and muscle behind the degradation of America’s schools and culture.
In a book that’s both accessible and enlightening, Rebecca Friedrichs recounts her 30-year odyssey as an elementary school teacher who comes face to face with the forces dividing and corrupting our schools and culture - state and national teachers’ unions. An exciting true story that features real-life testimonies of teachers, parents, and kids as well as political and social commentary, Rebecca’s journey leads her to the realization that the only hope for America’s schools and families is returning authority to parents and teachers while lessening the grip of state and national unions that:
- Promote a culture of fear and bully teachers and parents into silence.
- Undermine parents’ authority by sexually, socially, and politically indoctrinating kids.
- Use the apple-pie image of the PTA as a “front” to promote a partisan agenda.
These insights and more led Rebecca and nine other teachers to the US Supreme Court, where their case, Friedrichs v California Teachers Association, et al., sought to restore the First Amendment rights of all teachers and government employees. They argued no one should be forced to pay fees to abusive, politically driven unions and were poised to change the very landscape of American education - until tragedy struck.
Saddened but unbowed, Rebecca started a national movement, For Kids and Country, leading the charge of servant leaders who believe Judeo-Christian values (including kindness) and restoration of the teaching profession - possible only by rejecting state and national unions and forming “local only” associations - are the answers to America’s woes.

Stop it
As a psych NP who has treated thousands of ADHD kids I find your characterization of treatment highly biased and ill informed. Your self righteous tone does not add credence to your stance. There is a PROFOUND downside to NOT treating truly and accurate diagnosed ADHD. Perhaps your child was simply responding to the stress of a chaotic home life. In my practice, true ADHD kids THRIVE and flourish academically once placed on the right medication. So I take great umbrage with your characterization assuming schools and prescribers simply want to ‘medicate’ squiggly boys into compliance. The FACT is children who can’t pay attention and are unmedicated are MORE likely to: engage in risky behavior (girls more likely to become pregnant), more likely to be involved in car accidents and more likely to engage in substance use in the presence of a parent who refuses to acknowledge there is a PROBLEM. I am a CAUTIOUS prescriber. So when I hear a woman with NO clinical background OR expertise openly giving parents biased advice… imma call you out. Stay in your lane Rebecca. Stick to what you have expertise in. And leave the rest to .., well… experts… btw. Maybe amend your book to include more strategy vs ‘stories’. I don’t care to listen to 100 stories. I want to know how to defeat teachers unions and BOEs. What you have presented thus far is not helpful. But rather self indulgent.

Every Parent and Teacher Should Read this Book
Kudos to Ms. Freidrichs for Standing up to Goliath. It took a tremendous amount of courage to write this book. Her goal of allowing teacher's to opt out of union representation is great. But the bigger picture here is the corruption and abuse that takes place in our political system. Democratic controlled state legislatures give unions most everything they want in exchange for union endorsement and financial support of their candidates. It is a rotten system. Collective bargaining should be banned in the public sector. Politics as usual equals more spending equals higher taxes equals taxpayer rebellion and ultimately a collapse in public pensions.

This is an absolute must read for everyone wondering why America has become so divided and why it is falling apart. It’s understanding of the bullying tactics of unions doesn’t just apply to the teacher’s unions but across all Democrat-lead unions in the nation. If you know someone with little children, buy the hard copy and give it to them to read. It’s important that the stories in this book are shared so everyone can better understand why our school systems are failing and as a result why we’re experiencing so much unrest.

I can't say enough in gratitude for this courageous teacher. What they put you and your colleagues through is one of the great tragedy's in American history. It makes me angry and if ever god's wrath is nearing it's fullness, you can bet it starts right here. This is inexcusable behavior on the part of those who should know better. Story
When Gretchen Carlson made the decision to "walk off the set" and speak up about sexual harassment in the workplace, she jumped off a cliff by herself, but it led to a new calling: empowering women to reclaim their power against any injustice. After the former Miss America, mother of two, and star news anchor stood up and spoke out, women all over the world joined the movement and began to take back their lives, careers, and dignity. Gretchen became the voice for the voiceless.

Drawing on nearly three decades in education - from his mother’s after-school program on Chicago’s South Side to his tenure as Secretary of Education in DC - How Schools Work follows Arne as he takes on challenges at every turn: gangbangers in Chicago housing projects, parents who call him racist, teachers who insist they can’t help poor kids, unions that refuse to modernize, Tea Partiers who call him an autocrat, affluent white progressive moms who hate yearly tests, and even the NRA, which once labeled Arne the “most extreme anti-gun member of President Obama's Cabinet.”

Story
Using stories from his own life, Tim Wise demonstrates the ways in which racism not only burdens people of color, but also benefits, in relative terms, those who are "white like him". He discusses how racial privilege can harm whites in the long run and make progressive social change less likely. He explores the ways in which whites can challenge their unjust privileges, and explains in clear and convincing language why it is in the best interest of whites themselves to do so.

Story
Every evening for eight years, at his request, President Obama was given 10 handpicked letters written by ordinary American citizens - the unfiltered voice of a nation - from his Office of Presidential Correspondence. He was the first president to interact daily with constituent mail and to archive it in its entirety. In To Obama, Jeanne Marie Laskas interviews President Obama, the letter writers themselves, and the White House staff who sifted through the powerful, moving, and incredibly intimate narrative of America during the Obama years:
