A grad student's aimless ramblings

This book lacks a clear thesis or structure. It's less a survey of stoicism and much more a grad student's personal endorsement of pop psychology and his personal reflection on the therapy and struggles he's gone through.

Great primer on Stoicism

This is a great primer for anyone curious about Stoicism. While it’s possible to begin listening the chapters about how to practice Stoicism I would recommend also listening about the History of Stoicism.
