I love that this Audio-book includes so many recipes. They all use a similar bunch of core ingredients, so shopping is easy. Most of them take under an hour, I can try some of the more ambitious ones! The author has clearly put so much thought into creating a helpful guide.

This Audio-book is a great resource for anyone who is experiencing anxiety. Further, the author speaks from experience, and as a a former vegan, has reclaimed her health by following her food as medicine program. The recipes are delicious!

I fell more comfortable with this knowledge

Valuable Audio-book. I am on my second listening as this is quite in-depth. Ali Miller is obviously very knowledgeable and cares about helping people take control of their own health. I'm also a huge fan of her Naturally Nourished podcast.
