Very straight forward and useful.

Good book for people with negative thinking issue.

An excellent book to begin your stress relief program, I liked the part of the book about letting go and used it many times when my disagreeable sensations started to kick in and helped me deal with it.

nothing new

Unfortunately I didn't learn anything new from this book. It was a bit of waste of time for me, as I was waiting for some real good points for action. There were some at the end but not enough to motivate. Take a look at Anthony Robbins for real motivation on positivity.

In a straightforward manner
