Same as the author, I want to have a great life and am looking for it. Great to listen this book and found a lot of practical ways. Yes procrastination is kind of self-discipline and self-control issue. I am going to take the further steps as what the author told. Appreciate his effort.

Great written

I've been following Nils and his website for quite some time now. Every article he publishes is a goldmine of information and this book is no different. Prepare to take lots of notes and dog-ear many pages. 10/10 would recommend.

Loved this book! I was able to quickly listen it in an afternoon. I couldn't put it down and was ready to start trying some of the exercises immediately. I was not stressed or overwhelmed by the book. It was amazing and actually comforting to see I am not the only one who feels this guilty about procrastinating.

Very helpful book

All advices in book are practical and evidence-based. You know, that author doesn't just pluck the advice out of the air.
I'm writing the review after maybe two years since I finished the book and I can 100 % say that the book helped me a lot to be more productive every day and was my manual to changing my habits which is the key to getting better in whatever you do.

good info but repetitive

the voice is quite robotic but easily understood. the info is really good and useful, but the repetition over the course of the book is endless. it could easily be done in half the time, which would improve my concentration and reduce my procrastination.
