Story
For many people, procrastination is a daily vice that prevents them from doing really important and urgent tasks when there is no outside pressure. Postponement can become a problem not only in daily private activities, but especially in professional life. Psychologists go as far as to describe procrastination as a disruption of self-regulation, since the procrastinator cannot endure anything unpleasant in the short term to achieve something positive in the long term.

good info but repetitive
the voice is quite robotic but easily understood. the info is really good and useful, but the repetition over the course of the book is endless. it could easily be done in half the time, which would improve my concentration and reduce my procrastination.
