The book would have been more helpful to me if I had found it earlier! Reads easily, explains each stretch in detail with regards to what part of the body is being stretched and how to perform it.

I really like the stretches in this book.

Throughout this book, there are several stretches I like. While I have tried a few so far, I plan to do them all eventually. This book contains stretches that aren't commonly found in other books, but which you'll find helpful.

Very thin on useful information

I had hoped that the author would have put more effort into explaining how to tackle tight muscles. There were only a few stretches. The author did not try very hard to tackle this subject or to give any unique pieces of wisdom, she probably wrote this in less than one hour.
