Another good one

Just like her prior book Adult Children of Alcoholics, this is an insightful book, although, once again, it lacks solutions to the problems.

ACOA Relationship Savior

As an ACOA whose had many failed relationships I found this book very insightful and helpful. This book explained complex feelings in a simple easy to understand format. This book is great for ACOA as well as their partners.

A quick overview

This book is like a quick guide for someone who has found them selves in a relationship with an ACOA. Its a good book for people to pick up if you want to understand how an ACOA functions in, not just intimate relationships, but friendships as well.

So helpful for growth and looking at challenges in so many ways. I have listened to many many times and take things in each time.

this books speaks to me!

the excerpts and examples in this book can pertain to others besides adult children of alcoholics (ACOA). if you are willing to dive deep into some of your most personal thoughts and behaviors, this book will be eye-opening for you.
