Nice to have

This an amazing book. I had a bad day at work and listening to this book while on the bed help cam down my nerves as I felt asleep easily.These affirmations helped shifted me to a good head space and it was I needed at the moment.

GREAT for Resetting your mindset

I wish I had listened to this audiobook sooner! I feel like I'm never 100% like I could do more and make more of myself. So it's incredibly refreshing to listen to something that just washes all your troubles away. I can feel the energy in my body shift after I listen to an affirmation and repeat it to myself a couple of times.

I would recommend this audiobook to anyone who might need a jumpstart to their day or for anyone who may be going through a tough time or just needs a manual reset.

Never Enough Affirmation

Never enough affirmations for me. I should have listened to this at night, but ended up listening to it during work hours and almost put me to sleep. Great short book. I highly recommend it!

Relaxing experience

This is perfect for sleeping deeply, and positively. Especially at the end of those turbulent days when we feel overwhelmed and exhausted. Great purchase, it gives a really good feeling with powerful affirmations.

My favorite!

This audio is my favorite so far. I really really like the affirmations in this audio. They align with how I already think so by listening to this while I sleep I can focus on other tasks at hand during the day. I feel confident and happy when I wake up after listening to these affirmations.

Great while sleeping

I like that the affirmations are simple and believable, and with the soothing music. I listen while working online and at bedtime to relax me and help me fall asleep. This one I will play over and over.

Beautiful!

If you want to reprogram your subconscious mind so that you are more abundant and have stronger self-esteem and confidence, I recommend listening to this. I like to play it when I go to sleep and fall asleep with these affirmations playing in my mind. Then, I wake up feeling refreshed and ready to conquer the day!

Loved it!

This book was very calming and soothing to listen to. I love the serene background music and the many uplifting and positive phrases throughout the book. I felt very at peace, inspired, and motivated after listening to this book. I especially appreciate the emphasis on how it is up to ourselves to choose happiness and success in our life. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone looking for their spirits to be lifted and refreshed.

A wonderful inspirational resource!

This audiobook gave me such a positive and relaxing feeling that I felt utterly blissful after listening to it! I’m glad I found this and will be listening to it regularly to raise my positivity, especially after a stressful day. Amazing audiobook

My favorite audio to date is this one. The affirmations in this podcast are fantastic. By listening to this when I sleep, I can concentrate on other duties at hand throughout the day because they are in line with how I already think. After listening to these affirmations, I wake up feeling confident and joyful.

Excited to listen every night

I listened to this for the first time today and I found it so relaxing that I'm excited to listen every night now. I love the affirmations written and I feel like this audiobook is going to allow me to create some real shifts in my life, even just through listening in my sleep!! Very nice listen.

Can make a huge difference

We tend to live our everyday lives and go to sleep and may never think about our internal systems and roles they play in our lives. This audiobook does a great job to spell the role of our subconscious and what role we can have to control it to live happier lives.

You may never notice it exists let alone know how to control it. The opportunity to be able to shape and control it to make a difference is just so powerful.

The affirmations are so positive and create a platform of belief, can-do and ownership to tap into your subconscious, reprogram it and make a difference. Learnt lots of new stuff which I would be applying to make a difference in my own life to achieve enhanced happiness & success. Very recommended. Thank you

Play it while sleeping!

I thoroughly enjoyed this book - I let it play while I was sleeping on a low volume and woke up on the right side of the bed! The great thing is that it's meant to be repeated so it has great replay value. I'm a big believer in the power of the subconscious mind so I'm really hoping it gives me the results I'm looking for!

Excellent Audiobook

This is a fantastic audiobook which contains powerful and peaceful affirmations which helped me relax tremendously. The narration and background music is great too. As a stroke survivor I'm often looking for ways to cope with anxiety and to de-stress and this book was a great help!

Affirmations for Every Day

A great resource for anxious mindsets

This book really helped me see what I was doing and how to see when I was heading towards the path of overthinking which turned into full-on anxiety or panic attacks. I am a chronic overthinker who suffers from ADD, OCD (wanting to control my relationships with others and how others view me), Generalized Anxiety Disorder, and Major Depressive Disorder. In order to get through these episodes, it was helpful for me to be able to better manage my thoughts and ask myself empowering questions. Excellent audiobook!
