Too Concise
This didn't present actionable advice. It was a summary, but so short that it wasn't useful. Issues weren't explained and "tips" were too vague to be put in practice.
I could see this being useful to someone who has read the full-length book and wants to jog their memory. I do not recommend this, and feel like I have wasted an audible credit on it.

Very concise. Good 30 minutes spent.
If you want the top-line summary with the bottom line points of the book, this is a good place to go. I've been meaning to read this book for a few years, but each time I started it was long, boring, and dry. The summary is 30 minutes of concise information, and I can dig into the book at the points where I want more background on what is being conveyed. Worth a couple of bucks to get to the points!!

While the full book, The First 90 Days (6 your listen) focuses on all types of new positions (highly recomended) this summary (20min) is focused on Promotions from with in an organization only. Very helpful so not blindsided in the first week but not a replacement for full book-a must listen/read.

A few useful nuggets of wisdom, but overall too general to be of much help. Secure early wins, prioritize, get to know your team - really? come on!
