Content great, narrator horrible

I love Chris Voss! His content is bar none the best ever relative to negotiations. However, they could not have chosen a worse narrator to represent the book.

more elaboration

This is a broad topic to tackle but if you're going to give suggestions it would be much more helpful to give at least one or two examples. There were several areas that were vaguely skimmed through.

Great book, awful narration.

I've read this book elsewhere and can attest to its exquisite value. However, this narrator doesn't seem to have read it himself. He has no idea whatever when to pause, how to phrase, how to emphasize. He doesn't know what he's reading. He's simply awful.
