Good way to get information fast
I read the Obesity Code and absolutely love all of the information in it. I have recommended that book to many of my friends but due to the length of the book they don’t finish it. I like this one for the quick information but the best value is in listening to the entire book. I will be recommending this book to people that I know will not read/listen to the entire Obesity Code. Thank you Dr. Fung!

Tremendously helpful
I wasn’t sure that the Obesity Code was a book I wanted to read, and then implement its ideas into my dietary practices. The Summary allowed me to hear a brief synopsis of the theories of the Code, and convinced me to go ahead. Fair warning - I’ve got a science background,so the terminology and theory wasn’t difficult for me to follow. If you’re a lay person, it can be intimidating. The “takeaways” at the end of the chapters, should be helpful.
