Didn't realize it was a summary only

My fault for not realzing this is a summary only. It was waste of credit in my opinion.

NOT a full book

I disliked it was not clear that this is not a full book. Seems like purposeful deception.

Not a fan of religious abuse/ depending on a “higher power”…

I’m not a fan of needing a “higher power” to overcome issues. Religious abuse and brainwashing in self help is a big red flag for me. Not a fan of the cult like qualities of AA either. However a lot of the rest of the book has some good advice. Worthwhile for an hour of your time.

KNOWLEDGE IS VALUABLE

I really valued the insight she shared. Valuable for growth and self inter-spection. Must read.

A Good Reminder For Me

I liked the directness of what was written.

The content of this review summary’s chapters are short and succinct. I felt it covered an excellent amount of the right information fir me to validate what I need to do next in achieving acceptance to my current situation.

I don’t feel I need to buy and read the entire book titled “Language of Letting Go, however certainly I will listen to this review summary many more times to come in the future.
