Practical and Entertaining

I picked up this book for my nephew but wanted to listen first to make sure it wasn’t too “kiddie-ish.” The authors did a fantastic job of making sure the material was practical, entertaining, and helpful to people of all ages. There were lots of tools and ideas I wished I’d known about before I went to college! This was a great book and really encouraged me to shift my perspective and get into a growth mindset.

Loved it!

Origanlly bought for my 14yr old who struggles with anxiety but my 8 yr old listened to it first and absolutely loved it! I've bought the hardback copy too as it's such a good listen 😊.

Best teen mental health book I have used

This book is full of great tips for getting teens mental health under their control, rather than their worrry's control. Great for kids in upper primary too. I could not recommend it enough.

Fantastic

This book was a fantastic description of anxiety and how to improve yourself and your life. I enjoyed it immensely. I recommend everyone with a preteen or teenager read this with their child.
