easy practical

easy methods. jovial and practical approach. "I love dancing" "I jam out" she helps you find things you love to say active. finding things that make you happy. "be YOU" giving yourself the liberty of doing nothing is important. seeing it like a game. identifying your relationship with food is extremely important. what's trendy and fashionable is a joke. having the intestinal fortitude to say f**k the trendy and staying true to yourself is clearly outlined.
there are tons of narratives when it comes to nutrition and fitness. author has a fun jovial approach that makes it easy instead of a uphill battle. strongly recommend !

I enjoyed listening!

This is the first book I've listened to from this author. This one had such good, practical advice and was broken into bite-size bits of information so I wasn't left feeling overwhelmed. I’ve been on weight watchers for a few months now, and many of the techniques they encourage were in this book. I highly recommend it.

Finally a real plan for change!

Great audiobook! This approach removes the element of deprivation, shame, and fear often associated with other diet plans. Sound research and science, logical and entertaining, and I really agree with the concept of whole natural foods.
