Winter is coming. Such is the stern motto of House Stark, the northernmost of the fiefdoms that owe allegiance to King Robert Baratheon in far-off King's Landing. There Eddard Stark of Winterfell rules in Robert's name. Far to the north, behind the towering Wall, lie savage Wildings and worse - unnatural things relegated to myth during the centuries-long summer, but proving all too real and all too deadly in the turning of the season. Yet a more immediate threat lurks to the south, where Jon Arryn, the Hand of the King, has died under mysterious circumstances....

who's the sandwing? has darkstalker cursed animus tribes? what about the live spell? I came in with so many questions and am leaving with even more (if that's even possible) but they dont leave plot holes, it's always amazing and I'd 100% reccomend

Turtle the Puddle
Tsunami is a fireball. Her dopey brother is a puddle. A boring puddle. Turtle's book is so different from the previous book, which is Peril's book. But I do love how Turtle likes Kinkajou, but I think Anemone should have stayed out of it and let Kinkajou deal with it, but no spoilers. I love the part where Turtle says "Kinkajou, you're the hero of this story. I'm the hapless sidekick." And she says "Ooh, great! I've always wanted a hapless sidekick! okay, I don't know what hapless means but it sounds like happy!" And Turtle's just like "Wait, Kinkajou, you know the hapless sidekick is the one who dies, right?" I hope you give Kinkajou her own book. She deserves it.

AMAZING
I really enjoyed this book, it showed an afraid dragon slowly overcoming his fears and realizing he can make a difference. it had a super cool animus fight, and the scene where it showed dark stalker as a lonely, hurt dragon puts a different perspective of him into the series and it makes me feel sorry for him, I think that scene tells us that even though he was all-powerful and basically invincible, it still couldn't buy him the love and friendship he desperately wanted. it also had a very sad ending, and we haven't seen that in one of these books yet. that's makes this book different and more interesting than a lot of the other happy ending books. it makes you want to buy and immediately start reading the next book.
