Publisher's Summary

You are a step away from discovering how to make up to 36 percent ROI, without the typical real estate investment risk or stock market uncertainty, by leveraging the power of tax liens!

As an everyday investor whose work has probably been to search for worthwhile opportunities, evaluate risk versus reward, invest some capital, and hope for the best, there’s a chance that you’ve been having trouble getting that one strategy that truly works to stick with.

You must have been wondering why it’s increasingly difficult to find investments that offer guaranteed higher rewards than risk and possibly even stay profitable when most stocks or markets crash....

But if you really think about it, this difficultly comes because we’re always looking for opportunities in the same areas, crowding them, and pressing down their profitability.

In most cases, the real ROI lies in some very rarely-spoken areas such as taxes.

It’s true, nobody likes talking about taxes especially when the word is followed or preceded by real estate, but it’s one area that has been generating real estate investors serious long-term income, through tax lien certificates for nearly two centuries!

Tax lien certificates? What are those?

How much can I earn from this seemingly unknown investing method?

Is it legal and safe?

How do I get started and assure myself long-term positive gains?

Are there any risks?

How much do I need to start?

I’m pretty sure these are some of the questions flying in and out of your mind right now. But this beginners’ guide is here to answer all of them and make you understand why this area is not only simple to understand and get started, but also lucrative.

In one click, you’ll learn how to invest in a surefire method that can get you up to 36 percent returns on your investment with low risk and without the usual market uncertainty.

Here’s a bit of what you’ll learn:

  • How these tax certificates work
  • How to start investing in the tax certificate system, and how this system works
  • The difference between a tax lien and a tax deed
  • What you need to do to get a tax lien certificate, how the transactions are made, the benefits of this instrument, and other important details about what you should expect and what is expected of you to close the deal
  • How to make the most of your investment through the right strategies, capital, and goals
  • How to get started: the steps to take to purchase your first TLC and acquire the tax deed
  • How to do your research to succeed

painful to listen to

content is useful, but narrator is distracting with her odd sing sing cadence. not sure why publisher picked such a poor narrator.

Terrible narration

Absolutely in listenable, it sounds like they hired a speak and spell from the 80s to read this, I’m sure it has good information but I can’t listen to it without wanting to claw my eardrums out...

Great info NOT for audio format

I believe there this is probably a great book for investing in tax Liens but it is impossible to listen to. after listening to the 20th website being read off in a row i could not go any further. If you want this book i suggest you buy physical product. the audio format is not for me.

Can’t stand narrator

What is wrong with the narrator’s cadence? It sounds like it was read by an AI.

Great book! Not great narrator.

The book was great and very informational, however, Lauren Walters is by far my least favorite narrator I’ve listened to so far.

Content is great but reader is bad

This book provides good information about tax liens. I suggest you skip to the US state you're interested in. The reader made it difficult to follow along.

Narrator is the worse!!

Whyyyyy whyyy whyyyyy! The narrator sounds like the robot maid from the Jetsons! I’m going to power through this BUT the narrator...
😤....I really want to get through the information. It’s information heavy given the subject matter but it is EXTREMELY difficult to focus past her voice ...
