This has been the most logical and easy to listen to "Self-Help" book I have ever read. What I like most about this book is that it gives you the tools to actually implement the habits and theory into practice. I highly recommend this book to everyone.

I'm satisfied to listen to this audible.

This was an excellent audio book on the subject of mindfulness and matte meditation, and applying them to emotional issues.
