Missing Code to take the MBA Inventory

I am very disappointed that the Audible version does not have a code to take the MBA inventory. If it does, it is impossible to find so in addition to purchasing the book, I now also must purchase the inventory. This would have come for free with the hard copy. Fail.

Maybe better as a book than an audible.

This has some really amazing and inspiring ideas, but I would describe the narration cadence here as choppy. I would enjoy reading the book more I think, although I'm also committed to listening to the end.

I want to buy the book and re-study the many survey results; to me, those are kind of hard to process while listening and driving in a big city. The authors did their homework and this well-presented evidence peppers every chapter. Also, it's the kind of evidence that you want to pass on to others, especially if you are wanting to create a workplace where people thrive and grow.

perfect fit for managers amd coworkers

like the 5 Love Languages, this book helped me appreciate that everyone has differences in appreciation . It ALSO helped me see that, although he is missing the mark, my boss appreciates me. I have let him know what I desire/need. I have also suggested all of our employees take I it.

More sales than story

The concepts were good but he spent way too much time selling. Ruined the book for me.

Great content, just very repetitive

SO you have great information but the book probably could have been cut down by half. I don't know why you have to tell the same information multiple times with multiple examples. Its not rocket science.

Great Book

Note that this book does not dive into the deep details of how everybody reacts to each love language it is a great start to a true understanding of how people need to be seen from a Leaders perspective when it comes to their emotional response in the workplace. I have noticed that majority of issues can be minimize or even completely resolved just by this simple understanding that this book provides.

This book is very informational, practical and precise. It really helps you discover the different languages of appreciation in the workplace. I will definitely use this book as a point of reference as I look to become a better owner, manager, supervisor, employee and coworker.

Fantastic Content

The content in this book is fantastic, however, the narrator is a bit frustrating to listen to as he pauses in the weirdest places and makes it difficult to follow along at times without the text to read along with. However, it was great being able to 'read' all the content in this book while on a long drive - there are definitely plenty of things that I will now implement after this book.
