Excellent Book

My son asks if we can work in this work book. He’s 10 almost 11 and loves learning about himself and that there is a solution, a way for him to be his best self and be proud of all parts of him ADHD included. He is more confident and it’s been a blessing to seen him, feeling happier more appreciative of who he is and what he has to offer the world.

A wonderful Listen!

This book has helped me find out more about my son and his condition than any therapist has ever. He’s at home comfortable and answers the questions that way. I recommend this not just for the kids but the parents also.

Very Helpful

I listen through this workbook as soon as I got it and I am highly impressed! It looks like a great tool for understanding and working through ADHD, however it’s definitely more suitable for older kids.

This book is amazing!

It's something we're working on together, as a family. I really like how the book explains ADHD in a way that my 7yo can understand .. something I was struggling to do on my own.

Excellent Book

SUPERB BOOK!!! Each morning, before remote school, I sit down with my son (after he’s taken his ADHD med at breakfast) and we do one activity together.

Very poor narration.

A usefull explanation of the condition and some good advice ruined primarily by an extremely poor choice of narrator. The almost cartoon like sing-song voice drawing out each syllable is very difficult to tolerate for long sessions. Disappointing.
