Great!

This book has many useful tools to choose from to cope with your anxiety. Alison Sepnora takes a holistic approach when it comes to anxiety. Alison does a really good job with the narration as I found her narration to be relaxing and comforting. This book does come with an accompanying PDF. I recommend this book for any anxiety sufferers.
