Oh those Aldridge boys

I thoroughly enjoyed this book set. There is something that draws you into this trilogy..If I had to pick a favorite so far it would be Pierce and Leyla.
I also commend the narrators they did a wonderful job. I look forward to hearing/reading the next books.

Really enjoyed until book 3

Ugh! I’m in minority I guess and maybe it’s because I haven’t finished it yet but book 3 w Pearce and Layla is annoying and ridiculous. I don’t want to finish but I’m sucked into the whole story. I’m ff through parts w Layla especially now.

Great boxset

I’m so glad I purchased this box set because you get three of the Baker’s Creek brothers for 1 credit. Each book introduces a new brother and his story but they are all tied together and happening at the same time. I think out of these first three books the third one with Pierce and Layla was probably my favorite.

Yummy

Each brother is product of his environment. Discovering how each man matures and falls in love is a delight.

So so soooo boring

There is no story to these books.. just TONS of mundane details about their businesses. I got the box set and couldn't finish past beginning of end book.. maybe it gets better.. but I couldn't take anymore.

Meh, generic

While the family storyline is a bit formulaic, there were some interesting plot twists included. Most of the characters are interesting, a few seem a bit narrow. My biggest issue is some of the effusive grand dialogue that seems a little “Hallmark Special”, in my opinion. Those are the passages that kill it for me. I prefer a more creative & witty approach over “your the wind beneath my wings” approach. Just my preference…

What a terrifying family

Money is great but when it's the only thing that matters above all else, it takes time but slowly the men realise there is more to life, thank goodness there is a HEA.

Worthy listen

I enjoyed listening to each of the three stories.
Each boy suffered hardship growing up due to a philandering father who had no time for any of them.
However their father was a man who made lots of money, which he doled out to each of them at certain stages in their lives.
When their father died, his Will brought all the boys, now men, together, to save the town of Baker’s Crossing and people who lived and worked there.
The men reluctantly put their differences and lives aside to fulfil the provisions of the will.
Each book sees one of the brothers finding their love interest.
It also sees them becoming a family of real brothers.

Really liked the first two books, great story lines and great narrators. Third book was just ok, really didnt like the story line and wasnt keen on the female narrator. Overall worth the monthly credit.

3 out of 7 brothers and tales of true love and family.

As the brothers relationships come together and the storyline unfolds you won’t regret exploring the stories of Hayes, Henry and Pierce.

Wow

Read these three stories in this box set. I loved reading about what brought these brother’s together. Along with great stories how the couples come together and what a winner. Definitely a one click book.
Narration was awesome.
