captivating

book 2 of the dragon trilogy and I found it a captivating story from beginning to end, I have the first book in paperback but decided to listen to the second.
The narrator made the story so much more I couldn't stop listening to see what happened next, she made the characters come to life.

Just Gets Better and Better

Can't wait for the final installment of this trilogy. Enjoyed it more than the first part. Romance aplenty as well as action.

Exciting

This was an exciting sequel to the first book. The story fleshes out the characters that makes it more easy to understand them and it. I hope we won’t have to wait to long before the final book.

Surprised disappointed

I am a fan of Nora Roberts and a I’ve read all her books over many years. The fact that she’s succumbed to the fashion of our time in her fantasy book is a great disappointment. If I wished to listen or read the love affair details of 2 men there are plenty of books out there. I do not and would have preferred knowledge that I would have to before purchasing the book

Loved the story…. Although it was a bit expected, not a lot of twists and turns, but entertains nonetheless. Love this narrator, will listen to more of what she reads,

Too drawn out

I enjoyed the first book but found this one just too drawn out for my liking. It could easily have been two book not three. Disappointed

Just enough to make me buy the next one

Not sure how this author does it, just dishes out the books, like l wash dishes, a constant churn. Anyhow 2nd book in the story didn't disappoint but neither was it terribly exciting. It is good enough for me to listen to on my way to work and l will buy the next.

Could not press stop

Another Nora Roberts gem. I live alone so had the luxury of immersing myself in this book and foregoing all other forms of entertainment for the duration.

It held me captive from beginning to end and the adventure of her friend and how he was treated was wonderful.

Loved this story

I love Nora Roberts’ trilogies, and always look forward to another. This second part of the Dragon Heart Legacy was a great story, but it was made really wonderful by Barrie Kreinik’s narration. Not being Irish I can only say the accents were believable, the characters were clearly male/female with distinct voices, and the humour in the writing was brought out by the narration. There’s one line spoken by Keegan about closets, and I laugh like a loon every time I listen to it. Only thing wrong with it, it’s too short. 😂. Hurry up the Choice.

Should have been named The Waiting

Firstly, I just want to say that this wasn’t a bad listen. The narrator was awesome and her performance was great.

The story however, didn’t do it for me. I found it a bit slow and not very exciting. I spent the whole book waiting for something to happen. I thought with their being magic and dragons it would have been a bit more adventure and suspense but it never came.

The worst Nora Roberts book I’ve ever listened to

It saddens me to say that this second instalment of Breen and Talef and all of it was so disappointing. I can honestly say I have loved almost even Nora Roberts book I’ve either read or listened to but truly this was terrible.
The heroine was weak and indecisive. I seriously disliked the hero of the story. The characters seemed very one dimensional. The story line was so boring throughout the book and only picked up in the last 20 minutes and even then I found it irritating.
I will not be listening to book 3. Serious waste of time.
