Enjoyed the details

Very detailed oriented book with lots of information. Didn’t enjoy the narrator, it sounded like he had a few mistakes in reading in a few places.

great info, but are the charts??

the book refers to charts for the 10k and half marathon training but there's no accompanying PDF... :/
