Good Introduction to Gluten Free

Author gives easy to understand explanation of Celiac disease, but also the symptoms or side effects many non-celiac people experience when they eat too much gluten
Narrator was pleasing to listen to, and made information easy to follow!

An interesting and informative listen

I have been following the growing trends of healthy eating and was interested to listen to the benefits a gluten free diet can bring to people even when they are not intolerant. It has changed my opinions and well is worth a listen. Balanced and thought through views and facts.

Very helpful for a newly diagnosed Celiac sufferer

Includes excellent guidance and explanation as to the causes of Celiac disease and how to avoid any suffering. A must-listen for both the gluten-intolerant and even those who aren't. Really informative and simple to follow!

I really enjoyed this audio book.

I really enjoyed this audio book, I have listened to many books about diet before and found this really easy to follow and a great way to understand Coeliac Disease as well as the effect of consuming wheat and gluten. It was simply explained and easy to understand. The narration was an easy listen and the recipes are tasty and nutritious. Would really recommend to everyone!
