Best love story of Billionaires

OMG!!! Devoured this book in one day. Tessa is more amazing than I thought. I can't wait for the next one.

YAYE... ANOTHER WINNER FROM Ms SCOTT

Tessa and Micah's story was so sweet, romantic and touching. At 18 Tessa once had everything - she was a Gold Medalist in ice skating, happily engaged and on the brink of so much more. But when she lost her hearing suddenly her perfect life came crashing down around her and she was left to go home broken. However, in the years that followed Tessa was dealt some more terrible blows and so wasn't really living her life to its true potential. Tessa was in business with her loving over-protective brother and also living with him too unaware that it's been slowly suffocating her. Tessa also has other jobs cleaning and house sitting for friends (all Sinclair related)... and it's at one of those houses that she encounters again the charismatic, charming, sexy, handsome Micah who she's always been secretly attracted to.

Micah has his own reasons for coming back to Amesport where he feels at home amongst all his Cousins and their families. But it was his own Destiny too which was calling him back - it's the place where he'd find Tessa again - the one woman that's been fuelling his fantasies and the one woman he can't stop thinking about. So he thought he would get her out of his system by finding her faults - but the more he got to know her, the deeper he fell. As Micah heard Tessa's story and saw the wonderful strong woman who was hidden behind a protected shell, the deeper he fell. And in his loving and supportive arms he slowly coaxes Tessa out of her self-imposed shell, found his soul mate along the way and made another prediction come true.

Very likeable characters in a very enjoyable touching dual POV story of finding strength over adversity in someone's supportive and guiding hands. But it wasn't all one way because the action seeking Alpha needed Tessa too. There was such a good relationship and vibe between the H/H with just one short incident of misunderstandings, fears, regrets and tears however there were plenty of sex along the way. A storyline that had Interesting and entertaining secondary characters that are either Sinclair 's, the spouses of a Sinclair.... or the new love interest of a Sinclair. And this set up the next people and the next book because we get a few scenes and POV's from them too.

Worth a credit? Yes it would have been - however they're giving this well narrated listen away at $7.35, so I just bought it and saved a credit for a higher priced book. It's an easy-going listen that had heart, heat and romance, it's a listen that'll put a smile on your face, it's a listen with passion and sex.... and finally it's a book I loved listening to.

Keep the title -- it fits.

This is my favorite book in the series. So touching as well as the usually steamy to the max romance. Yes, we've got and Alpha Billionaire who sees the woman wants her and goes after her. However, this woman is deaf. She is a former Olympic gold medal winner. She is tired of the protective brother's actions and wants to prove her independence. Just knows this guy can't love her for keeps as she is but is willing to take what she can get. This man an extreme sports pro, she gets a lot. Great story. Touching.

A sweet listen!

Another sweet and heartwarming addition to this much loved Sinclairs series by the talented JS Scott! This was a story of love, hope, trust and taking chances with heartfelt moments and plenty of sizzling times between Micah and Tessa. I enjoyed the chapters on Julian and Kristin which now has me waiting in anticipation for their book!! I always enjoy Elizabeth Powers's narration in these books!

Great, as usual

I loved this book. As in each of the other Sinclair Series books, this one was just as great as the others. Ms. Scott creates such great characters in her books. Each one is different from the others. Great love story, with a twist in the background of each of the characters. Love such strength, personality, character and lots of money too. Such compassion between characters, but Ms. Scott always throws a twist in to the mix. Micah, the Sinclair's cousin, is so awesome. His strength, drive and compassion overpowers his money. Tessa works so hard to overcome her handicap and Micah gives her the strength and support she needs. Love the story. The narrator does a great job with the characters. I can see each unique person in my mind and it is easy to follow who is who in the book. Great Job ladies.

True romance with a happy ending

JS Scott does not disappoint. This is another brilliant story for wonderfully developed characters from the town of Amesport. Her Billionaires and Sinclair family Series has been and continues to be every bit of a true romance novel with the deserving happy ending.

Micah and Tessa

OMG.... What a Great story. Well worth the listen! Loved it! Lots of heart in this story and also the set up for Julian and Zander's stories. I can hardly wait!

A sweet, sexy and heartwarming story

J.S. Scott has done it again. The Billionaire's Voice is a great addition to The Sinclairs series. Now it’s the turn of Micah and Tessa to be bewitched by the power of the stones given by the two little old eccentrics ladies from the small town of Amesport, Maine and to face their destiny. If you have read the previous books in the series, you will be familiar with the Sinclair family. I always enjoy J.S. Scott's books, and this one was no exception. Nothing over the top, just a beautiful and steamy love story involving two amazing and engaging characters.

Tessa is a former Olympic gold medalist in figure skating from almost a decade ago. Over the course of five or six years, she dealt with so many tragedies in her life, losing her hearing, her fiancé, her skating career, her parents, all in a relatively short period of time, had nearly killed her. Over time, she’d learned to function in a world with no sound, she’d adapted, compensated by learning all of the skills necessary to be functional in a hearing world. She’s now living a simple life, co-owner with her brother Liam of a local restaurant and she’s not anymore the young woman who’d once shined as a rising star.

One day, Tessa receives a letter from the Sinclair Fund Committee requesting her to perform in a reunion of past Olympic medalists but she’s convinced that as a deaf woman she can’t do it and also because she haven’t skated in years. When she’d given up the sport completely after loosing her hearing, it had left a gaping hole in her heart. Finally at peace with her condition the last thing she needed was to reopen old wounds. My heart broke for Tessa and the pain and loss she went through.

Stressed out and in need of a total hiatus Micah Sinclair following his doctor’s advice left New-York for the quirky coastal town where almost all the Sinclair clan is living. Micah is an extreme-sports mogul, an adrenaline junkie and one of the richest and well-known daredevils in the world. Micah wanted Tessa - had from the first time he’d seen her at his cousin’s party one year ago. Wanting to get over his crazy obsession and convinced that once he got to know Tessa, his fascination will stop tormenting him, Micah is now a man on a mission. He doesn’t want her to give up the chance to discover that her skills hadn’t gone away with her hearing. He’s persistent and determined to challenge Tessa to go practice again. His only purpose being to help her overcoming her fears and to regain her self-confidence. But being close to her all the time was making things worth for him. Soon his lust and his strong attraction toward this woman become more, revealing deeper and unprecedented feelings.

Tessa connected with him on a level that was almost terrifying for a man like him. As a man who was constantly on the go, always looking for his next adrenaline fix, Micah knows that Tessa could cause more adrenaline to flow through his body than any extreme sport he’d ever experienced. Micah’d never felt this way before, but then, neither had Tessa who is now terrified to face one more painful emotional blow.

I absolutely enjoyed these two characters and the original storyline. Loved Micah and his confident lead, his obstinacy and his tenderness, how he showed Tessa that her fears were just fears. That they didn’t define her, that her deafness didn’t define her as a person. Tessa is also an incredible woman. She’s strong, brave, resilient and determined to become whole again and less vulnerable to the stresses of life.

This book is a beautiful well-written story about strength, self-acceptance, overcoming fears, dealing with loss, taking risks and most of all about the real power of love. J.S. Scott has hit the nail on the head once again with this heartwarming, steamy and swoon worthy romance involving amazing leads and supporting cast. Keep going Jan, The Sinclair Series keeps getting better and better and I’m now anxiously anticipating Julian and Kristin’s story.
