Publisher's Summary

She’d failed them. All of them. And now she was paying the price.

Kiva thought she knew what she wanted—revenge. But feelings change, people change...everything has changed.

After what happened at the palace, Kiva is desperate to know if her friends and family are safe and whether those she wronged can ever forgive her. But with the kingdoms closer to the brink of war than they’ve ever been, and Kiva far away from the conflict, more is at stake than her own broken heart.

A fresh start will mean a perilous quest, forcing mortal enemies and uneasy allies together in a race against the clock to save not just Evalon, but all of Wenderall. With her loyalties now set, Kiva can no longer just survive—she must fight for what she believes in. For who she believes in. But with danger coming from every side, and the lives of everyone she loves at risk, does she have what it takes to stand, or will she fall?

So creative and the twists and turns and not knowing how everything was going to end. What am I going to listen to next that will measure up to this

You get what you asked for!

After reading books 1 and 2, I couldn’t wait and was in agony wondering how Kiva was going to fix what happened between her and Gerin (or is it Jerin?), how she was going to defeat her older sister (because we all know by now how much she wanted to feel like a family again with her brother and sister) and how, by her super reluctance (self and lack-there-of confidence) and blind trust, could she fix everything. By chapter 25ish I was wondering if there was going to be a 4th book! The flow of the story was good. There was a few moments where I myself couldn’t hold back the tears welling up, getting all anxious and trying to hold on with Kiva and her lost of paths. There were so many more feelings and emotions brought by all the characters that left me loving and hating a few of them. But in the end it wasn’t a disappointment! Things that should have happened finally did. Doors were closed on nightmare chapters and future dreams started to feel brighter. Loved it!

AMAZING, so amazing!

I just listened to all 3 books and cried all through this one. It was a perfect ending, definitely recommended to anyone and everyone. This book seemed to cleanse my darkness, which admittedly is weird but it released all my pent up emotions.

NEVER DISAPPOINTED

once again lynette noni has not failed me! by far one of my fav series and author! i enjoyed this tear jerking book, shining light on real life complications with abuse, addiction, and loss. while yes it displayed the real life complications it also displayed love, family, and friendships making this a beautifully writing trilogy. the last words were perfect and ended the trilogy but i do hope she writes another book about what happens next in each of their lives!

Great Book

Highly recommend this. Great story. Very authentic. My only problem is that the heroine was very weak.
