repetitive and overly basic health info

Certainly no argument of the basic info of this book.....but beyond a few specifics of a healthy diet, much of it is basic health info and repetitive.

As an example...Go to the dentist regularly? This isn't breaking blue zone science. Boring like my HS health class.
