Story a young man's life without & then with Jesus

This is such a wonderfully amazing story that gives insight into the days when Jesus was on earth. I read the Bible & have heard these stories but this book paints a beautiful picture of a young man's meeting Jesus & then (eventually, at the end of the book) loving & following him. The Bronze Bow gives a fresh perspective on the timeless story of Jesus Christ. He lived & died for all of us (by the way). Reading about the relationship between him & someone like me in a story like this was beautiful.

I Love This Story!!!

This book was my Grandfather's favorite. We read it aloud during a summer visit when I was 12 years old. I liked it then, but I did not have the capacity to grasp just how profound the message of this book is. As I have now reconnected with this book as a 50 year-old, I now see clearly why this was my Grandfather's favorite book.

Beautiful story

I wouldn’t recommend for children under 9 or 10, just because my younger children had trouble keeping interest. I loved it though!

I gave it 4 out of 5 for performance just because he pronounces “j” as “y” in every name but Jesus.

Fabulous story!

This was a wonderful story of coming to Christ from a place of hatred, animosity, vengeance and emotional pain. All while being surrounded by truth, kindness, grace, patience, generosity and most of all love for one another. Fabulous story! Beautifully narrated! Definitely recommend!

A novel of true hope and redemption,...

....set believably in Galilee, brilliantly contrasts prejudice and hate with Christ's message of love.
