Publisher's Summary

Candle magic is the simplest and most powerful forms of magic, used by both beginners and long-term magic users. Candle magic focuses the power of your will and harnesses it to the energy of fire to manifest your desires in the physical world. You can use the practical spells in this book to tap into your inner power, seize control of your destiny, and improve your life forever.

This book is based on old and proven magical practices, but you don’t need a degree in Latin or a boiling cauldron to get started with candle magic. This book breaks down everything you need into simple steps that a beginner can follow, while still providing powerful results.

Going beyond just the basic list of spells found elsewhere, in this book you’ll learn:

  •   The many types of candles and the uses of each
  •   Magical correspondences, from colors to phases of the moon
  •   How to setup a magical altar
  •   Which oils and herbs work best in candle spells
  •   How to cleanse, charge, and carve candles for magical use
  •   Why candles burn differently during spells and how to interpret the results
  • And much more.

This book includes 56 spells on topics of love and relationships, money and prosperity, friends and family, work and career, health and well-being, and protection for yourself and your home.

Informative As Usual

This is yet another great and informative book for beginners. I don’t recommend seasoned witches read this as we already know this stuff; nevertheless, it was a great book and was very enjoy listening to it.

Great primer for those new to candle magic

This book is a terrific primer for those new to candle magic. The author outlines the basic steps to prepare before performing candle magic which is very important as it is tempting to jump right in and try out a spell. I especially liked her suggestions for cleansing one's space, setting up an altar and choosing the correct candles to perform each spell properly. Each spell is described thoroughly and how to dispose of the remains is described.
I would suggest this book to new practitioners of magic and also as a review to those who have been spell casting for some time.

I thoroughly enjoyed this book, and proudly will keep it as a go-to in my library:)
In addition, your other two books have come up on suggestion, and I will be adding those to my library as well!

Full of useful info, maybe better as hard copy.

This is a really good little book, chock full of very useful info. I was skeptical at first of how in depth it may go, since the tagline is "A beginners guide..." but it didn't disappoint in terms of transferable knowledge. There are a tonne of magickal correspondences in here, not limited to simply candle magick, so this book could be used for any spellcasting really.
I only have two issues, and they're not about the content. Firstly the narrator is, I'm assuming, not a witch or magickal worker as there were some really inaccurate pronounciations that someone who does the work would know. The author could have had a chat with her before giving tips on how to say some witch-specific words. It's a simple fix and would lend more credibility. And secondly, there was so much useful information in this book that it would be a super reference book to keep close at hand - for that reason, an audiobook probably isn't the best format. I think this would be most useful in physical form, to be able to flick back and forth, bookmark the different reference sections etc. Of course you could take notes as you listen, but since a lot of poeple listen while walking or pottering around the house, it's not as easy.
On the whole though, in terms of content, a really helpful book - I may end up buying a hard copy after all.
