Great book...

The Carnivore Diet is new for me but I'm interested in it.I already had done a lot of research on the diet, I found this book to be a great read! Good listen references provided if you want to do more research on your own. The recipes are of food you have heard of and can get from a local grocery store. I wish it had more recipes! But I love the break down! I highly recommend for someone who is just starting out this book will help you understand the whole process.Great addition to my library. I love the way descried all things.
