An amazing book in every way. The best book on the Carnivore lifestyle that I have read. Love how thorough and informative the book is, and the author enthusiasm and conviction for the Carnivore way is truly inspirational, motivational and I can see after only a few weeks of being a carnivore, it is life-changing

GREAT Listen

This book is full of info complete with sources/references. He even gets into the science of how plant molecules affect us on a microscopic level. The book is very well written and organized. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to understand the science behind why we should eat more meat and fewer plants.

Great info

The excellent scientific reasoning behind going Carnivore. If you have someone in your life who has type two diabetes and they are struggling with the popular medical treatment buy them this book. It is life-changing. Not a cookbook but a way of life that restores health and reverses many common ailments. I highly recommend this to anyone considering or even interested in the Carnivore Diet.

Very knowledgeable and passionate about uncovering nutrition lies that have led to the rise of obesity and disease. THIS is your book. If you'd like to heal yourself, lose weight and eat the diet we have evolved to eat, start here. Listen to this book! Carnivore Diet goes to great in-depth lengths to explain the chemistry, evolution and science behind this way of eating. If I could give it 10 stars, I would.

Recommended

The book provides recipes and links to helpful sites to further your research into carnivore style diets. The thing is, I enjoy veggies. Hopefully, I'll still be able to enjoy them. To be honest I don't have them though.

This is a very basic overview of the carnivore diet and IF. If you’re a little carnivore-curious or know someone who is, this book will be a good weekend read. After this, there are some better books to dive deeper into the subject. Yummy recipes!!
