Informative but not all information is accurate and needs more recipes included
Very informative regarding the science behind the diet for people just getting started with an alkaline plant based diet, although there is misleading information. I follow Dr. Sebi’s diet and very familiar with his approved food list. This book suggests eating beans, legumes, and brown rice which is not recommended due to being starchy foods which are not alkaline. The recipes can all be found on Dr. Sebi’s Facebook and Instagram pages. This book would be better if it was a hard copy since it is a recipe book. I did not feel as if there were enough recipes included.

I was looking for more recipes based on Dr. Sebi Products, so I bought this book. I enjoy and appreciate the information in this book! It has a lot of tasty recipes. The best recipes from this book are “Tortilla chips” with “Fragrant Tomato Sauce”. Highly recommend!
