Finally makes sense

My god the amount of times I have tried intermittent fasting...well I have lost count. BUT finally I have found an actual simple ass method that actually works. 3 weeks in and never felt or looked better.

Read about this book (or two books in fact) in a magazine review. As good as they said. Not too long, not too short. Good if u want to be a more determined person as well as learn how to ACTUALLY do intermittent fasting without all the nonsense on the internet. Recommended.

Works very well.

Getting all the facts about intermittent fasting and how to do it and then mixing it with a book about self discipline is a mix that works extremely well. More books like this please audible!

Lost weight

Losing weight and KEEPING the weight off (well fat, not weight I guess) is not easy but intermittent fasting has been working for me for a while. This book helped a lot.
