Excellent!

This is an excellent source for overcoming your anxiety of being dumped. A lot of the points brought up by the author really hit home. I didn’t realize that I have an anxious attachment style but glad this book provides a way to fix it.

Feeling Better and Interesting Book!

This is a book you must have if you have anxiety issues, and with your partner. Plus, it's two books in one, which is good because it has a lot of detail about anxiety, and attachment styles. I recently separated, and this audiobook showed me what style of partner I should have so that I don't have a toxic partner that raises my blood pressure. I am glad to have discovered this.

I enjoyed listening to this book, I find this book to be quite practical for managing our attachments properly and avoid anxiety.

This Is Exactly What I Needed!

I'm newly divorced. Before I even get into the dating scene, I need to make peace with my past and pursue being a better version of myself. That also includes understanding my attachment style and developing a secure attachment with women, especially the ones I want to date. These books gave me a fresh perspective I didn't even know I needed.

Letting Go and Feeling Good!

I've not come across a book like this before that goes into so much detail around the subject of anxious attachment. My sister suffers a lot from anxiety, feelings of not being good enough, etc and I watched her face light up as she listened to this book. She felt understood. It's well narrated and comes across with empathy. It's a great book.

I definitely recommend this book!

This is the book for you if you want concrete advice on how to get rid of anxious attachment from your life. It's written in a straightforward and succinct manner, making the principles offered simple to comprehend and apply. I had no idea what attachment style mastery was before reading this book, but now that I know what it is, I'm anxious to begin implementing its ideas to my own life. great for both sides of the relationship.

This bundle is perfect for my relationship because my girlfriend can be very attached and anxious, while I am a lot more laid back in the relationship. The first book highlighted some dynamics that are almost identical to my relationship and it highlighted how important it is to remain patient with my partner and try my best not to make her feel neglected. The second book I gave to my girlfriend because it had some really good strategies for dealing with anxiety and feelings of loneliness. Recommended!

Helped me get through dark times

After suffering from a rough breakup, I purchased this along with other resources to help me cope with my split. This book was by far the best guide. It helped me recognize my flaws and poor attachment styles, but more importantly it also motivated me to start dating with a healthier mindset.

Highly recommend!

A great resource for understanding yourself and others.

This is a great book for understanding relationships and your own attachment style. It covers a wide range of topics like effects if your childhood attachment, how to understory own attachment style, how to understand a partners attachment style and most importantly how to develop secure attachment styles. By listening to this audiobook I have been able to get to grips a lot more on the people around me and how they view the world and this will help me a lot in the way I deal with relationships. This is great value for money as it is two books in one jam-packed with loads of valuable information. I highly recommend this book.

Great resource

This is a great resource for this who suffer from anxiety. I downloaded for my partner who often gets stuck in an anxiety loop and over thinking. Very practical advice and my partner has come on leaps and bounds and is so much happier in himself.

A total psychological reset

I enjoyed these audiobooks (2 in 1) so very much. I already knew about attachment styles, but they were so well and simply presented in the first book that I was able to gain a different perspective on the matter. The attachment styles are clearly described and examples are provided to make them relatable. Listening to this one has been an eye-opening experience and I have taken away a lot in order to work towards secure attachment and healthy relationships.
