I would definitely recommend this audible

This is an excellent keto diet audio book for beginners. Inside this audio book, you will find many healthy and delicious recipes. It will help you every step of the way and start living the healthy life you have always wanted. Interesting audible on a keto diet. I liked it. The recipes were good, nothing exceptional but something that everyone would be happy to eat. Although I'm not usually into fat-orientated diets, I'll try this one since it intrigued me.

This book is great for beginners!

This book is great for beginners! Simple directions and ingredient. Have been using this guide for a while now and continue to lose weight, feel great, and don't have cravings for sweets. The recipes are delicious, quick to prepare, and don't cost a fortune for ingredients. I enjoyed the variety of foods used in the recipes and I was introduced to a few new low carb foods that I had never heard of. Highly recommend.

It has everything you could possibly need.

Being new to the keto diet I found myself buying lots of books to try and learn about it. This audiobook is a must have and I would never have bought any others if I had found this first! I began my keto diet lifestyle.

Whenever someone asks me about how to start a keto diet, I refer them to this. Somebody new to the whole keto thing won’t feel intimidated by the meal plans or recipes outlined here. My favorite is the keto burgers. This is really like a bible for keto dieting. I already started the keto diet late before purchasing this. Now that I’ve listened to them, I know exactly where I went wrong before. Don’t waste time as I did. Use this guidebook to set you on the right path early on.

Great guide for beginners.

I have been doing a lot of research on different diets and this was a great listen with good info. I may be starting a Keto diet soon and this is a great guide for beginners. The facts and data and meal plan outlined are done very well and easy to understand. The recipes are very good! I’ve already made ghee and mayo. It’s got a great recipe for ketogenic yogurt and granola, which I have missed and look forward to trying. Absolutely love this book! I am not one to normally buy a cookbook, but I chose this one and am so happy I did.

All of the Keto Diet recipes

Wow! Awesome! A rare cookbook.... usually when I buy a cookbook I end up liking maybe three recipes in the whole thing. This one is rare in that, I have liked all of the ones I have tried except for two. That's unheard of! And I have tried quite a few thus far. I have been recommending it to everyone I know with a pot.

Lovely! A great book

Lovely! A great book if you are considering incorporating fasting into your lifestyle. This book gave a lot of info in an easy to understand manner. I am excited to attempt my first extended fat fast before I work my way into a true extended fast. Enough information to get you going. The recipes sound so delicious

The recipes sound so delicious.! I am so excited to try the recipes in here! The beginning of the book goes into pretty thorough detail about the keto diet and lists carb amounts for many fruits and veggies. While I do not adhere to the keto diet, I was interested in this book for the large number of recipes that do use vegetables in them. There are also categories specified, such as vegetarian and dairy free, which I thought was great.
