Best One!

I just got this cooking book and all the recipes are amazing. I love the fact that it has the calories and all that on the side of every recipe which can give you an idea of how much calories we are consuming. Even tho I haven't used the book yet I can't wait to star making this amazing and healthy recipes. Definitely a must on your book shelf. That's a really great book!

Mediterranean Diet for Beginners

Enjoying the recipes and my spouse who has a weight problem and heart valve has lost 16 pounds in a little over a week. I am slim but have stomach problems and love this diet and am maintaining my weight.

This cookbook is filled with TONS of amazing recipes. The Mediterranean diet isn't necessarily for losing weight drastically, but it's essential for heart health and an overall healthy lifestyle. Its great

This is an unbelievable book!!! Knowing that you can prevent heart disease at best and how to ""fix"" it at worse is a game changer. This puts the person in the drivers seat and NOT the disease! The number of delicious recipes gives one a number of choices to proceed with a heart healthy diet.

Great cookbook

Great cookbook with tons of recipes. I am vegetarian, and this book has a lot of great vegetarian recipes. There are also a lot of seafood recipes and some meat ones too. The food had been delicious and healthy! It takes a very realistic approach to eating properly. I've made a few recipes and they are great tasting. Yes, a few recipes have high sodium but most don't. Many of the recipes fall into the weeknight dinner category, which is helpful because of the short prep time. Everything I've made from this cookbook has been true to the Mediterranean diet, and delicious. I love the menu plans as well! Nice!

I love this guide

I have tried at least 8 recipe is from this cookbook, and have not been disappointed yet. Not only are the recipes good, but the book is very informative, with additional information on how to choose produce, tips on preparing produce easier, etc. I feel like cooks of all levels could benefit from this book!
