Such a fantastic resource!

I really appreciated the candor of this book and the tips! There’s nothing quite like entering into this time of life, and it was helpful to hear more about how this time of life can impact weight and even a woman’s belly. I was able to truly look at my own life and ask myself what I needed to improve upon. It’s not easy, but totally doable. I value the tools in this book!

This book is packed with loads of information. I love how the author breaks down sugar and how bad it is for you. Great advice on how to not crave it and eat nutritious food. I feel very confident in starting my new nutrition.

This is a powerful tool

I listened to this with my mother, and we both were blown away. This book combines well-researched science with honest-to-goodness compassion. The author feels your struggle, and she wants to help. The recipes and step-by-step directions are fantastic. I love the narrator too.

Such a helpful listen!

I’m in my 30s and had a baby 10 months ago; I’ve been so frustrated with the lingering belly fat. Especially since it came off lightning fast with my previous babies. This book came at just the right time as I’m getting ready to “go back into the real world”. It’s full of sensible tips and gives a great understanding of not just how to lose weight, but why the tips are what they are. It was also a nice surprise to get some tasty sounding recipes! Whatever phase of life you’re in, you’ll find some excellent resources in this book. Highly recommend!

Great Information-Packed Audiobook!

This is an awesome audiobook with great tips and information to help reverse aging caused by perimenopause. This book helped me gain confidence, knowing that I have control over what happens to my body. The diet recipes provided are super easy to follow and perfect for even those that don't like to cook. Really liked how there's a section for each time of day like breakfast, lunch, dinner, and even snacks. Highly recommend this educational book!

My wife listened to this with me.
The audio had easy to follow steps and instructions on how to lose weight.
My wife liked the challenge and 27 days program which will bring you big results if you stick to the plan.
Changing your mindset is the biggest challenge but this content will show you how.

This is a great audiobook

Even if there are many things going on in the world right now, undesired weight gain is not pleasant, and it may be difficult to see my spouse go through this chapter of her life. However, this well-written book may be quite beneficial, and I would advise any perimenopausal ladies to listen to this.

Perimenopause means "around menopause" and refers to the time during which your body makes the natural transition to menopause, marking the end of the reproductive years. Perimenopause is also called the menopausal transition. Women start perimenopause at different ages. This book is a diamond in the rough and will definitely help shed the pounds and boost your metabolism.

Life can be tough, and despite all the many things going on right now in the world, unwanted weight gain is not welcome, it's quite hard to see my partner going through this stage in her life. This well-produced book however can be very helpful and I would suggest all perimenopausal women should listen to this.

A great resource!

The author has done a great job, she thought of everything that I wanted to know. She talks about weightloss and has given great recipes to make life easier so you don't have to think about what to cook to eat healthy food and lose weight.

I liked the fact that this book is not just about losing weight...it's much more than that. it's about learning what happens to your body during menopause and then you can make informed choices which are best suited to your lifestyle.

Excellent book, would recommend it.

Great listen

A detailed and easy to follow plan to help you get the weight off and keep it off. I really liked the free PDF included inside so I could follow along which made it much easier task to achieve. What I have often struggled with is eating a health lunch as this is often the meal I buy out which as we all know is rarely healthy. There's a whole chapter in this book on recipes for lunch which was brilliant for me. Overall 5*!

A great guide!

The weight gain, the belly fat and the sluggishness I'm feeling during my perimenopausal period have started to make me feel depressed.
