Publisher's Summary

Fans of the best-selling The Crimson Deathbringer series know what to expect: three epic space opera books with thrilling space battles, deadly alien threats, and unforgettable characters. Add to that campy humor and enough twists and turns to put Alfred Hitchcock to shame, and you get the series’ second box set in all its glory.

The box set includes:

BOOK 4: The Silver Timeship

What will you sacrifice to save the entire universe?

Following Jim’s audacious plan, Kurt and a team of Marines traveled to the future to destroy Voltex. However, in doing so, they inadvertently started a chain reaction that ended with the extermination of all life in the universe.

Now our heroes must get together one more time to save the universe before it is too late.

BOOK 5: The Scarlet Queen

Can a time machine be used to save the galaxy?

Before teaming up with Tarq, Xornaa was a spy/mercenary with a terrible reputation.

After finishing a successful mission, she receives a mysterious offer, one that involves a lot of money for a seemingly easy job. But she’s gone through the wringer several times in the past, so she has her suspicions, especially when she finds out the Akakies are involved.

The femme fatale mercenary soon realizes that things aren’t as they seem, and her actions could have world-ending consequences.

BOOK 6: The White Republic

What will happen if the Akakies turn into the Klingons in a parallel universe?

Aided by their vastly superior technology, they’ll conquer their own galaxy, and then they’ll come for ours.

The White Republic’s navy decimates the Federation’s forces in a surprise attack. Now Jim and his friends must unite once more to kick out the invaders and liberate their worlds, but they have only a few thousand ships left. To make matters worse, they’re under a tight deadline, and time’s running out.

It just keeps getting better

This series started off as something I'd go to when I was in between other books. It quickly turned into one of my favorites. Books 4-6 are even better than I expected. Book 5 is a prequel but was still just as good, if not, even better than the rest of the series. Just know that you're getting a prequel in the middle because that can throw you off the flow from the main story. Still, it's worth every second of the listen.

What a masterful collection

Book 4: First off Sean has done is again, I have read all 3 of his other books in the series and this one did not disappoint. I found myself outside watering my grass or sitting in my car because I couldn't stop listening. The audio effects and C.J. Grey's ability to put so much life into these characters has made me more addicted to the books in the series.

Book 5: Who would have known this back story adds so much depth to a character? This book knocks it out of the park, it made me fall more in love with this lead character and has me wanting to have more of them in future books.

Book 6: When you have an enemy force souped up and wanting to kill anyone and everyone to be the dominant species something must be done about it. Who better to send after these killers but none other than Jim, at times i was not sure if this could have been pulled off and I still can't tell if in the end what was needed to happen was the best choice and watching loved characters no longer be alive leaves me with some sadness for them and myself?

Getting all three books in one is so great, there is no waiting for the next book to come out, no need to use credits you might not have. This box set is great, I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review

Fantastic Series!

First let me start out by saying narrator ruled! Brought me right into the world! The author respects prior canon of major and minor Sci-fi series. Everything in his universe is believable and operates as expected.his characters are rich and human even when they are not from our world. Thank you for enjoyable series. I can’t wait to get into book 7!.

Bad gets worse

These books continue the trials of a group as they fight to save not only the universe, but other dimensions and times.

Each peril gets worse and more far reaching and is harder to overcome.

I have enjoyed all of these books and this is half of the series to date rolled into one volume.

Exciting Space Opera!

Review of The Silver Timeship - This suspenseful, action-packed adventure, filled with drama, loss, ironic humor and creative space battles picks up where book 3 (The Black Fleet) concluded. Sean Robins quickly drew me into this terrific addition to the series by his amazing world building and his memorable characters. Many of my favorite characters which were well-developed in the previous books are back; the newly introduced characters and the mission added to the epic nature of this series. I particularly enjoyed the chemistry, camaraderie and banter between the characters. The story held my attention with its action and surprising twists and turns. C. J. Grey's performance was exceedingly entertaining.

Review of The Scarlet Queen - This prequel to The Crimson Deathbringer series reveals additional background that was implied in previous books. It also further fleshed-out some of the characters and expounded on their relationships. I especially enjoyed Xornna's backstory and her journey. This action-packed story was filled with space battles, intrigue, suspense, humor and sorrow. The narrator's performance was flawless.

Review of The White Republic - This thrilling fast-paced book is action-packed with exciting space battle sequences, unexpected twists and turns, memorable characters, drama and farcical humor. I enjoyed the addition of the new characters and was saddened by the loss of others. I am looking forward to the next adventure. The narration added depth and emotion to the characters. I was provided a free review copy if this audiobook box set and am voluntarily leaving this review.

Really well narrated too with some great voices that fill well with the characters.

Another Brilliant Box Set

I’ve listened to all the 3 audiobooks of this box set and was entertained once again by the brilliant writing and the witty dialogue between characters. I’ve left reviews on each individual audiobook so this is just a short and sweet review asking listeners to give this a go as you won’t be disappointed. Highly recommended sci fi space drama. Very easy to unwind too. Congrats Mr Robins

Great writing and the series keeps on progressing

A great story continues. When listening to a long series, you almost dread the middle just in case it drags or gets a little loose. Thankfully this story gets on with the pace. The narrator also is clear and great to follow so the books are such a fantastic way to occupy a good number of hours.

Love the movie references, plus the strife and conflict between the various factions. My only criticism is there are a few deus ex machina escapes. Hey it's story, not a documentary. I'll forgive these.

Looking forward to how this series develops onwards.
