Publisher's Summary

I’ve been through hell to get to this place. To wear the perfect white dress and stand beside Royce Hale, the liar I tried desperately not to fall in love with and failed.

Or maybe I’m still trapped in hell because the devil is here, too. He lurks at my side, plotting terrible ways to make me his.

It’s win at all costs in this family, and I know now just how far the Hales will go to get what they want.

But you can’t survive in a house full of lies without learning the art of deception, and once I become a Hale, I’ll show them exactly what I’ve mastered.

The Deception is the third and final book in the twisted Filthy Rich Americans trilogy. It should be listened to after The Initiation and The Obsession.

Fitting Title

This one was the best, the title was truly fitting. I thought in all 3 books Marist was too naive but at the same time it gave her a slight advantage, the intense rivalry between Royce and his father. McAlister took playing chess to a whole different level of twisted competition. The entire Hale family was twisted in their wanting to win at all cost. I liked how mythological characters was used throughout the story. His obsession with Marist weakened him and allowed the ultimate “deception” Medusa defeated Menator. Great series and I love Savannah Peachwood narration.

Nikki, Nikki, Nikki!!!!

WOW! Suspenseful, thrilling, hot, erotic and moving. Amazing characters. So creative and brilliant imagination. Everything I love in a story. An excellent trilogy. Worth the credit or purchase of all three. Thank you Nikki, for a well written story.

What a climax!

The end game of this story has me mind blown. I had my concerns about Marist but how much she redeemed herself and power. She came out on top as Medusa.

Too Drawn Out

I struggled with this last book. There were too many incidents between Marist and McAllister that were ridiculous in nature and it made me cringe. The fact that she allowed any of it was frustrating and would make anyone scream. This story could've been accomplished in 2 books. I'm glad Marist finally found her backbone so she and Royce could move on to a normal life.
